Customer service is everything you do to keep your customers happy. Repeat business is when a customer buys from the same company over and over. Pay close attention to customers, they can be worth more than $25,000 in sales in their lifetime. When a customer gets angry, use your self control and stay polite. You don't want that customer to go away unhappy and influence others. always acknowledge complaints, don't overreact to complaints, always tell the truth about your negative aspect, you gain a customers trust if you tell the truth. A successful business is made off of repeat customers. Your customer service must reinforce your marketing. To help you become a better entrepreneur, have the customer take a survey on how you did, offer a discount for the inconvenience. Collect a database of customers to send opportunities to them and you. Stay in touch with your customers, they will become more loyal to your business.
